Managing users, assigning roles and allocating access groups can be a daunting task for a company, but you shouldn’t need an IT expert to be able to do it effectively and quickly.

Our system makes it easy to invite new users to your company, and even allows you to manage multiple companies at the same time. Roles allow you to set which fields a user can view or edit (e.g. accounting fields), and Access Groups allow you to control what job file or card a user has access to (e.g. users that work in one country cannot see the job files of another country).

Most importantly everything is logged and user activity can be monitored through the system.

Through our administration modules you will also be able to manage the company emails and signatures, ensuring that anyone that is representing your company does so professionally.

All user activity is logged, allowing the administrator to be able to undo actions, restore deleted items, as well as save any required information for auditing purposes.
